Your client status, except Occasional client status, will expire, if you do not meet within 60 calendar days the minimum booking value as described above. If you no longer meet the minimum booking value, you'll be assigned to the status level, which meets your current situation. You'll be notified if your client status is changing.

You do not need to book me every month to stay on the status level. It is important that you meet the certain amount requirement within 60 calendar days, to stay in your client status level. For example, if you book me in every second month for 2000 Euro, you are still qualified to be my VIP client, even if you have skipped the one month. You do loose your client status level once you do not meet that criteria level any longer. If you do not book me for three months, you'll be most likely rolled back to Occasional client status.

No, they are not, except Priority Access. If you want to use any of the benefits mentioned above and you are eligible for that, then please confirm them before you book me.

Minimum booking value is the amount you need to spend total within 60 calendar days. It doesn't define on how many bookings you need to make, but how much you spend on bookings. It is more likely difficult to reach high client status level with short, low-cost bookings than with longer and more expensive bookings. You can achieve the higher status faster with 1-2 longer booking. For instance, if you book me within two months for two weekends, you spend 2000 Euros (1000x2) and you'll be already my VIP client, while booking me for instance 3 nights on regular weekdays (3x400) you spend 1200 Euro and qualifying for my Priority client status.

If the cancellation was made due to the reason that was not affected by me, then your client status will not get paused and you need to arrange new date. However, in case of getting sick or any other cancellation that was caused by me, will result your client status to be paused until I announce my new availability.

The required amount that you need to spend is before discount. That means, if you use any discount (including advance payment discount), then the original amount counts towards to your minimum spend requirement. For instance, if you book me for two weekends for 2000 Euro (2x1000), and get 10% discount because paying advance, then althought you spent 1800 Euro, the original amount 2000 Euro will be counted towards to your client status.

Yes. If you have made any deposit payment, it will be treated as a regular advance payment. Make sure you use your deposit account. You get the client status only if you use your deposit payment, not if you pay for deposit.

Breaking the rules is sexy, but if you broke my rules and therefore got banned, then yes, you will lose your client status immediately. You can participate in a client program again once the problems are solved. Any amount you spend will be voided, and you start again from Occasional client status.

To get higher than Occasional client status, you need to complete at least two bookings within 60 calendar days. To get Priority or VIP client status, you need also meet the total booking amount requirement within 60 calendar days.
